PKWA ADC is responsible for the Class D airspace within 4.3nm, SFC to A025.
Procedures
PKWA is a US Army Airfield and uses American procedures and phraseology.
Any controller from VATPAC or Oakland ARTCC having the requisite Global Controller Administration Policy (GCAP) rating is authorized to control PKWA Tower and Ground positions.
